The pricing applies to multi-tenant licenses aimed for service providers archiving emails for other companies. Organizations want to archive their own emails should visit the no-tenant pricing.
Multi-tenant license

For service providers archiving emails for several companies and organizations there's an annual flat price per server regardless of the user count. There's no limit on the number of users, the number of emails archived, etc.
The license fee applies to a single server only. If you grow and need an additional server to handle the workload, it costs another license. Eg. if you have 2 worker nodes, then the annual license fee is 2 x 1000 EUR = 2000 EUR.
