Is this remote or on-site?
Installation is performed remotely using SSH connection. Remote desktop services like TeamViewer, AnyDesk are not supported.
What if something goes wrong after installation?
All installations include 14 days of free support. If you encounter issues, we'll help troubleshoot and resolve them at no additional cost.
Can you install on cloud providers (AWS, Azure)?
Yes! We frequently install on AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, and other providers. We can even help optimize your infrastructure for cost savings (especially with ARM64).
What access do you need?
We need SSH/root access to the server, LDAP/AD credentials (if applicable), and SMTP configuration details. We'll provide a complete checklist before installation day.
