3.4. Trial licenses do not include any warranty, support commitment, or service level agreement unless explicitly stated.

8. Software Usage Data Collection

8.1. Important Notice: Piler Enterprise software transmits aggregated usage statistics to our billing servers for license compliance and billing purposes. By downloading and installing the software, you agree to the usage data collection terms described in the End User License Agreement.

8.2. The software collects domain-level statistics (domain names, user counts, email counts) but does NOT collect email content, email metadata, or personal information.

8.3. Network Requirements: The software requires outbound HTTPS access to billing1.mailpiler.com and billing2.mailpiler.com (port 443) for license compliance reporting.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Information on the Website is accurate, complete, or current
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Website or servers are free of viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PILER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED €100 (ONE HUNDRED EUROS).

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Budapest, Hungary.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Piler regarding your use of the Website.
